The Prophecy of the Sisters

An ancient prophecy divides two sisters-

One good...

One evil...

Who will prevail?

Twin sisters Lia and Alice Milthorpe have just become orphans. They have also become enemies. As they discover their roles in a prophecy that has turned generations of sisters against each other, the girls find themselves entangled in a mystery that involves a tattoo-like mark, their parents' deaths, a boy, a book, and a lifetime of secrets.

Lia and Alice don't know whom they can trust.

They just know they can't trust each other.

I truly enjoyed this book. I had heard about it from friends, but once I started reading it, I could not put it down.  Zink does a fantastic job of developing the plot and integrating all of the important details at the right times. I could feel everything that Lia was feeling. The author did a fantastic job of taking the reading to another world, both literally and theoretically and the level of depth that was achieved is one that can only be seen in a select few books.

4/5!
